do I pay for monthly service?
If you choose to continue your service, PayPal
will send you a notification to continue, the
money will be taken from the account provided
to Paypal by PayPal.
If you choose not to
continue service, just return here to cancel
your subscription before your
PayPal due date.
It's that simple! No hassles.
Also, customers receive a text message three
days prior to the end of their billing cycles
reminding them of the end of their billing
cycle. If an account is suspended for not
paying, there will be two additional days to
pay the balance before the account is
deactivated and the mobile number along with
any remaining cash will be forfeited.
Once a phone is
canceled, the phone number will be lost. To
restore service after deactivation, customers
must pay off any unpaid overages and purchase
a new plan and an activation fee will be
required.
●How am I Charged for GoToCellphones.com
additional services?
Incoming and Outgoing SMS messages are
bill at 20¢ each and deducted directly from your Cash Card balance.
Other Services are deducted from your Cash Card Balance.
●What are Cash Cards and how do they work?
Cash Cards are a debit system that can be purchased in order to send
text messages without texting packages, and to pay for additional services
that www.GoToCellphones.com offers such as Internet Browsing, Picture
Messaging and overage minutes.
●What happens if I use all of my minutes?
If you run out of minutes before the end of the
term, Cash Cards can be Purchased in the amounts of $10, $20, and $30
and they include 29, 57, and 86 minutes respectively.
●How do I know if my monthly service has been renewed?
A
text message will be sent three days prior to
the end of their billing cycles reminding you
of the end of your billing cycle.
If you choose to continue your service, PayPal
will send you a notification and the money
will be taken from the account provided to
PayPal by PayPal.
