The program is essentially a post-paid program. Customers purchase their first month of service upon sign up and then again every subsequent month on the normal due date. The first month of service is prorated, in both peak and off-peak minutes and retail price. Nights and weekends are from 7 PM until 6 AM, Monday through Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Customers are on a Auto Pay system with a Charge Card On the end of their billing cycles, To purchase another monthly plan. If not purchased by the last day of their billing cycles, their accounts will be deactivated and they will lose their mobile numbers and any cash remaining in the account.

If an account is suspended for not paying, there are two additional days to pay the balance before the account is deactivated and the mobile number and any remaining cash on the account are forfeited. To restore service after deactivation, customers must pay off any unpaid overages and purchase a new plan.
