  All Pre-Pay Pins requires one-time a three day authorization period to verify the funds for new customers. Afterwards, authorizations occur after a 24-hour period.

Accuracy and Errors:

We strive to publish accurate selling prices and product information. However we are human and we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information do to an error, either in pricing or product information received from our suppliers. WE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.

We reserve the right to make changes and updates to any content contained within our server without notice. No price protection will be offered for price adjustments, unless authorized. 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or from staff error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Return Policy:

New Century Wireless Inc. provides a 7-day return period from date of receipt*.No refund on shipping and handling. All devices must be in like-new condition with no visible damage, packed in its original box with all manuals and warranty cards. We reserve the right to refuse a return.

*Date of receipt is the date your merchandise was shipped. We will consider exceptions but you need to send an email for us to review your reason.

**We will not accept returns for cell phones and or cell phone accessories. If your item is defective please contact the manufacturer. All sales are final. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping:

All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and payment. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We reserve the right to change shipping carriers where we see fit.
